Default Motor problems

Guys, I need some help with a motor. It is a 35T running off my Thunder Power 3S.

The motor runs fine. The mish is set right on my Bullies. This setup has been running for a while so nothing new. The problem is, the front motor stopped pulling. It turns fine but once you put any pressure on the wheels, the motor stops truning? Am I missing something here? Is the motor shot?

Ever do any maintenance on it?

No, because it has 2 maybe 3 packs on it. What are you thinking? Something in the motor like sand or dirt?

Guess I was thinking the brushes are done or the comm was in need of some help.

3 packs isn't very long. Could be something in the motor. Timing still in the right spot?

Ever get it super hot?

Take it apart.

I agree with EeePee...sounds like trash in the motor or a brush sticking.

And trash or a brush out of place can cause it to still spin the wheels but have no torque at all?

Eh, probably not. Unless something got lodged inside, you didn't notice, kept driving, and overheated the magnets, or toasted the brush, then they'd lose power.

Have you taken it apart yet?

Swapped it front to rear? Making sure it's that motor?

No, not yet. I just figured that was the case. I can try switching the leads and try a few different things. If anyone else has any ideas, please chime in!
