Default 3pmx issues HELP!

ok so i just got the 3pmx radio. i have been trying to figure this damn thing out for the last three hours. i have it set up with a rooster crawler, hitec 645 steering and a 225 mini for dig. the dig was starting to work right and get set. then is just stopped working. the steering works but hums like crazy and twitches. i get nervous and turn it off because it starts to get really hot just sitting there. i'm not real impressed so far, so if someone can help out that would be great!

First off, check the 225 and see if you fried it. Those things are seriously finicky and I'd almost bet that's your problem. I cooked two of them just trying to adjust the EPAs on my dig. Make sure you start out WAY LOW and slowly work your way up on the EPAs.

yeah i checked it by pluging it in as the steering servo and it didn't do anything so it's done. still not sure why my steering servo is twitching and hums like it has a super overload. and why it gets hot so fast when i'm not even steering.

Try switching the hrs/ppm mode setting.

does it still twitch with the dig servo un-plugged? I've seen a fried 225 dig servo affect everything else on a rig
