| Motor break-in?
I just picked up a HH Torquemaster Pro, and wondered if there is a break-in procedure that I should use. I don't wanna damage this little gem! Cheers |

I would hope its broken in already, but if not, 5 min a 2.5 volts and 30 seconds at 3.5 volts to finish it....I like to spray a squirt of motor spray with about 5 seconds to go on brushes... Later EddieO |

I already broke it in, but you may want to add some advance timing to it to increase the motor life.

It depends on which is your forward rotation. Basically you want the motor to spin faster in forwards than in reverse. Short of it- Loosen the endbell, rotate a few degrees, tighten. If you look carefully, there are little hash marks on the plastic endbell and a 0 mark on the motor can. Just one hash mark is enough advance. |
