i'd have to say spektrum it just seems that each brand has a proprietary thing going on with the receivers..... |

That is the "nice" thing about 2.4 ghz.... you can't mix up receivers. So if you buy X or Y brand of radio you have to stick to the X or Y brand in the receivers also. Anyhow feel happy that spectrum receivers aren't the most expensive. I have a futaba 4PK (nice radio) and have to spend a fortune ($90-$100 each) in receivers. Now consider I have like 9 RC crawlers that makes about $800 just in receivers, Is it fair??? I guess not but since there is no other way to do it it will just have to be like that. |

I thought that I'd seen people running the airtronics M11 with a spektrum Rx. May be mistaken though. like this; http://www.spektrumrc.com/Products/D...ProdID=SPM1002 Last edited by JeepXJ; 05-04-2010 at 12:25 PM. |

The M11 and many other high end radios use plug in moduals so they can be used with 27mhz, 75mhz, synthesized or a Spektrum reciever. You just need to purchase the extra modual for the type of reciever you want to use.
