|  Power question
I have a ne losi comp crawler and am installing a novak goat 3s 18.5t esc/motor combo. Have not yet purchased my battery due to back order. Can I use a towerhobbies plane 3s 11.1v 1500 12c in the meanwhile? The esc is rated at 150 amps. 1500 x 12= 18000 or 18 amps. I am confused if you need to stay above or below the esc amp rate. Will this battery work safely? The esc will also take a 6cell nimh pack. I have a 3600 mah 6cell I could use temp also. Is this ok? Thoughts? |

the plane lipo will more than likely no put out enough amps for the motor to be safe it should be a min of 20c 25c would be better. you can use the nimh pack if u are able to find a place to mount it
