Default novak 2cell lipo cutoff

I looked around for some nfo on this but never found any. I bought one and want to make sure i understand the way it hooks up. The 2 power wires + - run to the battery, the 3 slot plug goes to the throttle channel on the receiver and the receiver input goes to the lipo cut off. I want to make sure this is right so i dont mess nothing up, thanks.

The lipo cut-off is a feature on your speedo. Assuming you have a Novak Rooster 2s? You need to set up the speedo to profile 3 (2s lipo cutoff/reverse).
