Default Lipo out of balance

What would cause a lipo with only a few runs to get out of balance? is there a way to get it back? I am using a thunder power charger/balancer, but one cell is getting over charged.

If you are charging it with the balancer than it shouldn't be unbalanced. I am not sure what is going on other than maybe the balancer is turned off somehow.

The TP balancer works by slowly bleeding the cell with higher voltage, so if you charge it while balancing it will not be able to bleed it quickly enough.

Connect the balancer and let it be connected until the cell with higher voltage is at the same level as the lower one. When the pack is balanced, you should charge it slowly so that the balancer can keep up.

If your pack gets out of balance again chances are that you are either draining the pack too much or that one of the cells are damaged.
