Default axial esc

trying to put a crawler together for a buddy and need to no if it will handle 9.6v batts they are aa nicads he has a few from some old rc's

Those nicad batteries are trash either go with nimh or lipo. they don't hold memory like nicad does.

Yes they will handle the 9.6's. They'll also handle 3s lipo's...unofficially of course.

I used to run mine on 9.6v all the time! and it never had a problem! i herd they where good to 12v but ive only went 9.6v max and never had trouble just had to add a BEC
