Default Cutting Brakes, Punk Dig, MOA, Rear Steer & the DX7

I'm curious to know if the DX7 out of the box will have enough channels to handle the subject combination. I would like to know if it will function as is using 1 or 2 ESCs. I know nothing about cutting brakes so don't know how many channels are needed for these to operate...one per brake or a single channel microswitch setup. I'm throwing in rear steering and a second ESC as options, not a necessity.

What is the "perfect" radio for an MOA with all the above mentioned functionality?

Well on my DX-6 I can control 2 ESC's, front and rear steering, and run a winch. So I don't see why a DX-7 can't!
