Default dual steering servo questions

I am building a rig now and it is going to use dual steering servos. Its a 2.2 truck, I am using dual Bluebird waterproof servos. I am wondering if I will need a BEC, I will be running a HH Torquemaster waterproof XL ESC. It says it has a built in BEC, but I also remember reading an old thread on here saying to run a BEC no matter what. The thread is older than a lot of the new ESC's that have come out w/ built in BEC's. Any other info on setting up dual steering servos would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

I would say run one, its probably not necessary, but it's just a precaution that's worth taking to get constant power. running both through the rx is kind of scary to me. I have personally chosen to power the rx from the br-xl, then run the power straight from the battery, through a ccbec, to the servos, and have only the signal wire from each servo plugged into the rx. works glitch free!
