Default Looking for esc

I am looking for a esc that can handle a 3s lipo pack has a built in bec and about 90 dollars or lower. is there such a esc?

In my opinion the answer to your question is no.

The sidewinder is only $77, is 3S LiPo capable, but the BEC is not very good. You need to add a $20 external BEC.

The Holmes Hobbies Torquemaster BR-XL is more than your $90 but has a great BEC and is up to 6S capable. It's about the same as the Sidewinder and an external BEC.

With either ESC you should consider buying the Castle Link to make programming a whole lot easier.

You can get a new holmes br-xl for $60...I would buy all 3 of them if I had the extra cash.

you could get a reject hh tourqemaster for 60. it'll work just wont have the warrenty.

thanks for the info just ordered the torquemaster reject. this is for my brother he was wanting something cheap to get into rc. i have a sidewinder with cc bec in my scx-10 myself and really like it. im interested to see how this esc compares.
