Can a Mamba Max (not pro or monster) safely push a neu 2200 kv on 2s or 3s? It will be in a emaxx 2spd trans

Yes, it can. Guys have been using the Mamba Max for years with that combo. Anything over 3S is pushing it and requires extra cooling for the ESC though, and a BEC.
