| DX3R or DX3S?
ive goten many replies from this forum that the DX3R is the better radio for the MOA style crawler.. but i like the DX3S since it comes with a free reciever.. 1 for my buggy and one for my MOA Crawler... but will the 3S work with the MOA Crawler for dig? |

The DX3S 3rd Ch is only a 2pos switch. The DX3R is a much better choice.

Yes it will, but in order to engage the rear dig you will have to use the scroll button also. You will have to set the scroll to the " Reverse " setting. The DX3S is designed more for gas powered cars. However it will work but it will take some practice. If your only going to be crawling, I would suggest purchasing a DX3R. |

Watch the for sale section, see them go for around $200-225 shipped with a rx most of the time.

| Ive had my dx3s that I got used that I have been using for a few years and never had a issue, keep a eye online as some stores will include the receiver as a "bonus".

i have run the 3s and 3r for a long time. the only issue i have had is the wheel on the 3s breaking off. and every now and then i need to re-bind a car that is glitching or i have not used it in months (with both radios)
