Default cutting off the on/off switch???

How does one safely cut the on/off switch on thier esc such as fxr and MM? Just snip ot off at the case or what? I am running with bec now and no longer need to use the on/off switch. It's getting in the way now. Thanks for any advise.

On my sidewinder I cut the switch off and then soldered the leads together and covered with shrink wrap. My Fxr doesnt have a on/off switch that I can remember. I thought it was just plug and play? Could be wrong been a while since I've seen mine its been in my honcho in the electronics box since I got my honcho.

I bridge the solder joints on the board and get rid of the wires on my esc's...I also shorten the rx wires at the board while I have it open. Doing it this way might void your warranty...I've never had to warranty an esc though.

Default yup

This is the way to go. (unless you're new to soldering...you can wreck the board in a micro second if you don't know what you're doing) If you're new to soldering, just solder the wires together and shrink wrap em.
