| Thunder AC6 Question
So my new Thunder AC 6 charger showed up along with my first 3s 2200mah lipo battery. Reading through the booklet they call a manual I'm a little confused... Are the "charge" and "balance" modes separate or does the balance mode also charge? Before I start doing any charging though I need to swap those stupid plugs on there to some Deans. |

I have that charger and the balance mode also charges for me. I've had it for about 6 months now - Great charger for the money! |

Wasn't terribly sure from the lack of grammar in the booklet. Just found a video on youtube that explained everything. Thanks. Can't wait to see my XJ on 3s.

Ok so I got my XJ running and wow. Should have gone lipoa long time ago. Any way, what are some good habits to get into when I'm done using the battery? Charge it? Our leave it alone? I checked my battery after what seemed like 45min of use and it still showed being almost fully charged, @11.02v... I hooked it up to the charger in storage mode and after half an hour its at 11.42v. Would it be safe to stop it and set it aside? Or should I discharge ir some? Last edited by 2JSC; 09-16-2010 at 04:45 PM. |
