Default Rockforce/brushed

Hey,would running a RF on 3s lipo and say 45t brushed motor give me good speed and torque?
Or do i have to go blushless with the worm geared thing?

You are going to need the high speed worm gears to start with. A 45t isn't going to give you hardly any speed on 3s.

Cheers Harley.
Already got the HS gears,so thats not a problem.
Maybe a hand wound 35t ?
Or am i just better off going brushless...............

The high speed gears will help. The 45t shouldn't be too bad with that setup but 35t is what I had.

If your going brushless make it 17.5 with 3s

not necessarily. It depends on the motor design, and controller programming.

Hey ,so anybody have any suggestions on motor/ESC?, its a scaler ,so just needs scale speed,and decent torque.
