hey guys i got my dx3r last week to go with my xr10 and the third pos quite work has any one eles had this problem

Uhh, what are you askng? I'm guessing your 3 postion switch isn't workng? Then we need to know your set up. Esc, dig, etc.

Did you build it and it didnt work? bought it built and it didnt work? It worked then stopped??????????
