| Goat 3s in flames
I won't go into much detail until I see what kind of response I get from Novak, but I'm just curious to know if anyone else has had a Goat 3s burst into flames. I will say this though it was only lightly used on 2s and mostly just for bashing around the house with no real crawling or extreme stress put on the motor and SC. The motor was the ballistic 21.5 and was purchase as a set with the SC.

Yeah, only Grandma drove it on sunday. Just Kidding. I bought one and it would just get hot and smoke the motor. I sent my just bought new item back to Novak and got a used, rebuilt item back from Novak that did the same thing. |

I like how none of the novak support guys comment on this . My goat just decided to quit working after abaout 2 comps through it. never exposed to water or anything. I cant get any lights out of it or anything. i have a comp tomorrow. Thanks novak you make great products. or did, about 10 years ago.

Sorry to see issues with newer Novaks. I have several 410-m1c's, early FET ESC's, etc that still get regular use after ~20 years. The newest Novak we have is an FXR my son used. It worked great until he "waterproofed" it. |
