Default DX3 steering travel ????

I have the same radio, axles, and servo as my brother. I have been using mine for about 6 months now and it is working great. We built him up his first MOA about a week ago. We were crawling today and i realized his doesn't turn as far as mine. I can't figure out why? My st travel is at 116 and his is at 125 (which is as high as it will go). Why doesn't his servo turn as far as mine. All of our components are the same?

The dual rate is probably turned down. It should be one of the buttons on the grip. Make sure it's turned up all the way.
