Default help me choose a good motor!

I would like to stick with brushed because I do drive alot in creeks and bad places, I want the motor mostly for scale trucks and the occasional comp.

Right now i ran a novak terra claw 55t and its a total pile of crap, by far one of the worst motors ive ever ran to this day. anyone have some suggestions on a durable motor that has some torque?

What truck will this be going on? What voltage from the battery? If you like a bit of wheelspeed, then the 35T Brood Creep R/T is a GREAT motor!

1.9 scale rig, or just a comp crawler with 2.2s probably running a 2cell most of the time.

My vote is for any motor from Holmes Hobbies, I use his machine wound Torque Masters (35T) in all of my rigs on 3S LiPos without any issues.

I've got an Integy V11 35T in my 1.9 that rips on 3s; it's been a great motor.

In my 2.2 I run a Br00d 40T Creep on 3s and I've never had such ridiculously smooth low end precision from a motor.

Both are run with a Tekin FX-R

You say water and bad stuff, I say cheap motor. Get a johnson can, integy, or torquemaster sport motor and volt it up to get that power back.

Unless you want to put a $60 motor into mud...
