Default Futaba 3PM-MX switch issue

My DT-4 switch, (the one I have set up for my DIG) works intermitent in the foward position but normal in the rear position. I thought about droping in some contact cleaner, or should I just ship it for repair? The radio is almost a year old, but gets used about 2-3 times a week.

Whats the normal turn around time for people that have had work done by Futaba?

They will tell you a couple weeks for turn around but they are usually faster. I would give them a call and ship it in.

Thats what I have been thinking, seems like an easy fix. I just don't wanna be down too long, this radio runs three different trucks.
