Default 2/3 A cells or Sub c cells

Guys,

I'm getting ready to make a few of my own battery packs, which I've done with Sub C cells but haven't used 2/3 A cells. I'm running a Rooster Crawler ESC & Novak 55T Terra Claw motor with a Hitec-7950TH servo w/ a Castle 10A BEC. The weight of the sub c cells isn't the problem, it's the size. What kind of power loss/run time could I expect to have with a 7 cell 2/3 a pack @ 2000 Mah / 3000Mah? Or should I use 4/5 A cells? Thanks.

I know some peoples suggestion is going to be go with Lipo - I do not want to use Lipo at the moment.

You wont notice any power loss. Just runtime. There is nothing larger than 1500mah in the 2/3 world. I would go with 2/3A if I had to stick with Nimh, but Lipos are mo-betta and Cheap when bought from the right place...

One of the best 2/3A cells you will find, if not the best...

Maybe I might step it up to 4/5 A @ 2000 Mah. I think what I may do is build a pack with 4/5 A 2000Mah and butcher up my sub c packs.

Yep. I plan on ordering from you guys too. I want to get 2 of my packs situated first to see which style I like and how I wanted it situated on my chassis. I'm doing something on the lines of a saddle pack, but with 3 individual packs ( 3 cells + 2 cells + 2 cells) I'm using some smaller open spaces within my chassis. Would I be able to send you guys a diagram of how I want the packs wired and the lengths of the wires once I figure out what I want?

Yes. In the custom pack builder, there is an "Unknown" config, and you just email us the diagram.

Just off hand, what kid of run time could I get with 4/5 A 7 Cell - 2000 Mah? That's running a 55T motor and Hitec 7950 servo.
