I've never had an issue with Airtronics support or warranty.......they even overnighted my radio once at their cost so I could make my race....

May of been possible your email got swallowed by spam filter or something....maybe try sending it again...

got the response Tuesday,
I call this a lame, poorly written response.

"The servos carry a 1 year warranty from the date of purchase. You have to send the servo in so we could diagnose the problem and provide you with an estimate. "

This wastes time because now I have to retrieve a SHIP to address or ATTN repair dept or something to even attempt to getting it fixed. !!

So many places/people so inefficient.

I replied with , What address and info do I need to send it in ?

I had to wait 1 and a half years to get a servo fixed from them . Actually it was sent to Sanwa which is the same company.
They did not even try to ask for money. I do know for a fact though that their technical manager was laid off leaving a mess after that.
