| M2 dig
So I picked up the new M2 Dig from Novak. Looks like what I need to go with my XRten. Got it in the rig and went through the set up. Wired the unit per Novak's instructions. Had some glitching when in ultra low crawl, driving it on the kitchen floor( it's my shop when it gets cold out) then pow the radio stoped working. Checked it out and found the CC BEC was not lit. Pulled one off my scale rig in progress. Same thing low crawl=glitching. about 30sec later the other BEC goes dark Wired it with no BEC works great no glitching and low crawl speed is great. So I program it for proportional dig and set my radio to 50% each hit on the third channel. Can't get the proportional dig to go any speed. Just all or nothing. Any body have similar stuff? Thanks |

You can call me at the Shop today Vince I happen to know how to work them. Or even better, if you wanted to swing by today. I'll be gone for 10 days starting Friday. 50% in one push is "too much". Make the steps of your Aux/3rd Channel smaller. 1-5% is probably better. SEE YOU LATER! |

So in thery I would need to hit the switch 20 to 100 times to get the dig to fully lock up? | |

| You should have two switches. One will be for the linear or proportional side of things and the other will be a standard 3 position for front/rear dig and 4wd. When you are in 4wd the linear switch will adjust the proportion, when you hit the dig it will dig.

| Yea that's what I'm trying to get done. I'm sure a call to Novak and all will be right in the world again. Tomorrow is another day, hopefully the day my dig works like it should. |

| Not really when I talked to John @ Novak he explained that the very detailed instructions he gave me would set up full dig on the third channel and some trick stuff on the #2 & #3 switches. But that he had not run the proportional dig. So I'm going to wait for Charlie to get back home and see if he can tackle the proportional end of the dig. That is why I picked it up and there was no mention of incompatibility with any radios out or that it was designedto work with sertain radios. They did mention the fact that it was designed fpr MOA's like the XR10 or bergs. For now i'm fine with the standard dig and the fact that it is smaller than a punk dig and an FXR.
