I recently purchase a rc4wd winch and was wondering if there's a way to set the 3pm for 3 position 3rd channel (neutral,release and rewind)

3PM is a pain to set up for 3positions, but it can be done. Multiple ideas here:
Futaba 3pm settings for 3-pos. dig must read

Older Futaba 3PDF is sooooooo much easier to setup. My 8yr old son does it.
