Default which radio?

my crawler came with a spektrum DX3. Just DX3. the radio is pretty old but is still 2.4 ghz. i wanted to upgrade to be able to control a little more on my crawler. I wanted to know what the best all around radio is for a rock crawler. my crawler is a ax10 with a brushless set up and dig. i want to add 4 wheel steering and maybe remove the dig(maybe). it seems to cause alot of problems. i also wanted to know if i could add 4 wheel steering to my dx3. it has a sr3000 reciever. any help is appreciated..
thanks

Actually man you have a pretty desiarable radio. Using a Dx3 not a dx3.0 you can do a 3 position mod to it. Pretty simple soldering to add the switch. Than you have EPA end points and 3 position. THis will let you have 4ws OR your 3 position dig.

Hold on to your radio and go have fun.

Again, if you want to use what you have you can use a servo reverser and have 4WS. You will only have rear steer when you turn the front. So when you turn right the rear will turn left. When you turn left the rear will turn right. It will cost you about $12 and it's plug and play really. It's a cheap way to see if you really want 4WS
