Sounds like you need to get it fixed. I would call them and send it in.

i just recieved my 2+(2channel) dig 3 days ago and im having problems with mine too. I followed all instructions for install including the video. The unit does not seem to be picking up my reciever signal and im just getting a fast green blinking light the whole time. I still get full funktion on my truck just not getting the punkrc unit to work...sometimes when the truck is powered on the unit will switch from green to blue to red light all on its own.

Set up:
Traxxas 2.4 remote
traxxas vxl3s esc
novak 55t
venom dig unit w/venom servo

any advice would be apreciated.

If you mean the red light on the punk dig unit then yes and no. When the unit started changing light colors it ended on red light, but it didnt controll my dig what so ever and i still had full function on the truck just not the dig unit. I then turned the truck off then back on and it reverted back to fast blinking green light...im just totally confused. I sent punkrc an e-mail three days ago but still no response, then i called and he said he would call or e-mail me back but three days and still not headr from them.

Which wires did you switch around on the reciever? So do you actually have yours hooked up different from the instructions?

i double checked my install and even made sure and watched the instructional video. After a while i did try to switch the reciever plugs a few times but no luck. Do you think you could post a picture of your wire install on the punk unit?

There should be a decently loud click as the relays turn on and off. Are you hearing anything when changing from 4wd to rear dig? Compare what you hear when switching to front dig as rear dig. It sounds like the relay isnt firing. If you are getting the red LED to go on there should be no reason why it wouldnt work.

i dont know how to post pictures but they wires i switched around is the black red and white wires going from the punk dig switch to my reciever. so i turned the plug going into the reciever 180 degrees basically reversed the polarity

no i know what you are meaning with that i can get all three different lights like it is suppose to just not locking up the front axle ever but it does change the led color just no relay clicking which is why i believe it is something internal but just wanted to get more input before i sent it out to get fixed
