Default strong servo on a budget

I am in need of a stronger steering servo but am on a tight budget. Does anyone have any suggestions? I have been considering the Hobbico Digital CS170, any input would be much appreciated.

I've been using that servo in my Losi CC for two seasons and it's still as strong as ever (it's a Hitec 5955 inside).

Check out the Savox servo too.

This one is sort of cheap, with lots of torque. It even has titanium gears.

I will check the Savox out for sure....I am tired of having to have the truck rolling to get the wheels to turn in one direction or the other.

This servo looks very good and is very affordable. Thanks so much, now I have some serious consideration to make.

This is my budget choice. I currently run 2 of these and have never failed!

How long have you been running these? Although they are very inexpensive I don't want to have to replace them often,

I've been running the "wiggle servo" from CKRC and love it. It's a little louder than some other servos. But I have yet to break one or be in a situation where it failed to turn right where I want it too.

If I remember correctly it's about 30 or so.

The Turnigy HV-300 is a Fu**ing BEAST for a cheap servo
http://hobbyking.com/hobbycity/store...idProduct=9981

but if you decide to go with that servo make sure you do this simple mod before you run it to ensure you never have a minutes trouble (sure when it strips they will warranty it, but who wants to wait for something to go to and from china) when you can fix a simple problem and have a great servo.

a friend of mine runs this servo and that has been his only problem
all jokes aside, this thing is just as strong as my AirTronics 94780M, and my Hitec 7950! and its only $60 bucks

I bought two HS-7954SH servos when I was on a budget. These monsters have 300+ oz in of torque, and are not too badly priced.
