Default can an EPA be added to a dx5e???

hi all.
I've got a spektrum dx5e that has a high/low throw switch for the steering..wondering if this can be modded to be an EPA dial so I can dial in / out more or less steering and not just flick a switch which is neither here nor there.
I'm by no means electrically savvy, but can muddle my way thru most things. Any idea/ suggestions that don't involve buying a new RX with EPA's much appreciated.

you may be able to with a dual gang pot which is connected directly to your throttle stick. I don't know for sure exactly how to so it may take some experimenting. As of now i am having two ideas on how to accomplish this. LMK if your willing to do a little experimenting.
