Yea i have a radio i just built that can handle all of this. I left out the independent rear steer but i can easily add it on.

here is the semi build thread, turned into a picture and vid thread because i had some major quality control problems i had to deal with from the stick radio i used.

The ULTIMATE radio for crawlers, including the new XR-10

It depends, do you want to run 2 ESC's for mixing of the two motors (plus the ability to dig), along with independent 4ws?

or

Do you want one ESC to control both motors, have a separate dig switch, and independent 4ws? This is how my super is set up.

Dig is always helpful, even with 4ws but not critical.

I would prefer to have one ESC to control both motors, have a separate dig switch, with 4ws, plus rear steer, and crab wheel, front steer

Ok, if you are saying you want to be able to mix front and rear steer (4ws and crab steer from the wheel only), dig, and run 1 ESC then you need a 4 ch radio capable of mixing (for the steering). You are looking at Futaba 4PKS, 4PL, or Nomadio.

My setup the rear steer is manual and completely separate from the front steering. For that you only need a 4ch radio with 3 position switches on ch3 and ch4.
Something like this would work but look over the features carefully, like no endpoint adjustments on ch3 or ch4. That can be worked around though.:

The Futaba 3PL may be another choice for you. It has steering mix built in (4-wheel and crab only) on the +1 channel (CH4). You can modify CH3 to be 3-positions as well. Check it out in this thread:

I was using the Nomadio Sensor with a single BRXL esc, punk dig, on super bully's (moa axles) and also had 4ws and crab walk. The only thing you REALLY need to do to switch from crab walk to 4ws is reverse the rear servo and you can set up the remote to do that just by pushing one soft key.
