What lights are blinking on the Castle Link?

Also, do you have the most up to date version of the program?

Alright I'm going to hold off soldering up the rig tonight. Everything is just mockedup for soldering. All your tires are mounted now. I'll put the motors on, and check the shocks rebound. Not much for me to do til the ESC can take my settings. Then its EP's, and your good to go on the XR.

When this happened to my CC helicopter 120HV esc, I can get the usb to connect by unplug the usb cable from the computer and from the esc, power down the tx. Then turn on the tx, plug the cable into the computer and the esc and then power on the esc.

So, nothing is hooked up to it yet? I mean, if you have hooked up a BEC and removed the power wire from the ESC you will need a battery hooked up for it to work.

Nothing is hooked up to it yet, just incase it has to go in for warrenty. I dont removing power wires or anything like that. I'm powering the servo directly from the CC BEC. The sidewinder will power the tx and the punk dig.

Quick question. Since the ESC took the new firmware can I setup the cutoff and dragbrake and then just upload the setting through the firmware settings? Or do I have to do one at a time? I thought if I could do this I could get the settings in there, since the frimware will upload to the ESC just cant get the settings in there.

Actually, now that I think about it, I have had a few CC products that needed to be hooked up to a battery to receive proper signal from the CastleLink. You might try that. I've never had a problem sending in something for warranty through Castle when it had a connector soldered on...
