Can the N.R.C ESC be used as an ESC for a short course truck with a 15T brushed motor?

Im having a hard time finding a replacement esc for my girlfriends rtr hpi blitz with a 15t motor.

Im new to electric rc.

There is a "standard" Rooster that will work just fine for that application.
