Default Futaba BLS152 - 7.4v?

What's the max voltage that you can power a Futaba BLS152 servo with? Will it handle 7.4v or is 6v max?

I am currently running my BLS at 6.6v with no problems. I tried 7.4v but lost the nerve to keep running it that way. I have read a lot of forums where people are running them at 7.4v with no problems.

Only reason I changed back was because I run a Futaba rx and I am NOT too confident to keep that at 7.4v.

Thanks for the info. I am also running a Futaba Rx, but was told from a reputable source here that they'll handle 7.4v no problem.

Futaba RX's are completely safe at 7.4v.

I run a BLS152 and have run it at 7.4v but I don't know what the life span reprecutions could be.

This is not a post saying that it's ok to run at that voltage
