Has anybody ever seen this before? I'm running a brushed 55T motor, DX3E radio, and Ni-MH reciever pack battery.

Make sure you have the ese wired correctly. Battery to battery terms, and motor to motor terms, if there wired backwards it will smoke the battery. I wired mine backwards and smoked 2 lipos.

The reciever pack is running everything. It's wired correctly, and was working just fine. I let it sit for a couple months, and now it's smoked 2 batteries.

I have seen ESCs fail before. Call Tekin, they can help.
