Been trying to decide what radio to get..... Would like 3-4 channels but would really like it to be under 200$. Would be used on a scale-crawler type truck. Winch and maybe 4ws on the third and forth channels. Thanks a ton guys.

If you shop around you can find the 4PL for closer to your price range. It is hands down the best radio available in this price point. The KO doesn't even come close.

if you have know how to solder and use basic hand tools i will be posting up a diy thread here in a few weeks to build one of these guys, your gonna be looking around 100 or so dollars worth of parts, and dependent on your skills and craftsmanship, 6-12 hours to build. It will end up something like this, these are my 3 builds. |

rds8000 crawler edition $200! 8 channels, and both sticks are centered. im running a xr10 so each stick is controling a motor. pretty easy to control, and no need to play with a dig swich, adjust relative wheel speed percentages, i just control it with either stick, its great! worth looking into.
