what novak esc and motors, high lift and sc truck

i know pretty much nothing about brushless. what i want to do is get a esc and motor to run in my high lift. i like the stock speeds dont crawl a super lot or run wide open, but like thr speed when i do. i want to use the same esc for a short course truck too. mostly stock class-would be nice to add a mod motor later. looking to run 2s lipos with these. i really like novak, is there a esc that will work for me ? what motor for the high lift?

I gave up on brushless years ago......hopefully they have gotten better since then
