Default novak rooster crawler esc problems

Hi everyone. I have this rooster crawler esc that is giving me a little problem. Last I played it was just working fine and then reverse gave out. I thought it was the motor but tested it and turned out fine. When pressing the throttle to reverse itll indicate a solid green light on the LED indicator. What can be wrong with this esc? Programmed it so many time but no good results.

How did you test the motor?
Can you try a different motor?

OK, so your test sounds fine.
Is the other ESC running off the same transmitter, or a different one? Is it possible a transmitter setting was changed?

I thought that was one of the problems too. Thats the first thing I did change reciever and radio but still the same results. After I did the esc change I went back to the original receiver and radio I was using and it was just reversing fine. Im so stumped I dont know whats going on maybe its fried perhaps but only on reverse.

Make sure your low end/brake EPA is set to its maximum setting when you are doing your ESC programming. If that doesnt fix it, the reverse side of the ESC may have given up the ghost... Does it smell like burnt electronics?

Do the brakes still work? If so the reverse profile may have changed. (Forward-Brake-Reverse) to (Forward-Brake only)
