Default Micro lipo charging questions

I know the general rule of thumb is 1.0a for every 1000mah unless otherwise stated, but i am using 3.7v 150mah packs for my micro crawler, and have been charging them at 0.1a (figuring 0.1a for every 100mah), the problem is it takes approximately 70 minutes per pack to charge. I was wondering if i stepped it up to 0.2a, would that run the risk of shortening the batteries life, or worse? Help would be appreciated as always.

I think you would be ok since the eflite (3.7v 120mah 14c) batteries are charged at .3amps. It takes about 30 minutes to charge.
