Default electronic probs

im new to this deal and having a prob with my axial. it has an integy 55t motor, rooster crawler esc, AR-1 2 channel receiver, and stock 2 channel axial radio.

The prob is the truck will not move forward or reverse or steer either direction. When you push trigger to reverse the green light comes on the esc and when pushed in forward a red light comes on (sometimes). either way it does not move though.

i pressed the reset button on the esc and it didnt change anything.

Try reprogramming the esc . Your manual should tell you the steps . If you don't have a manual go to their web sit and you will find a link to it on the products page .

Is the esc new or used? Sounds like you are missing the red to the receiver.

it does not steer either. that would eliminate any brush problems correct?

Yea no steering tells me you don't have power to the receiver. Check the battery's in the remote. Is there a red going from the esc to the rec?
