Default Sidewinder V2

Can anyone give me info on this...

http://www.horizonhobby.com/Products...odID=CSESDWSV2

They original sidewinder as we all know can handle 4S & still be very happy, the
ESC will even give you four beeps indicating 4S.

Has anyone ran the new 40% more powerful V2 Sidewinder?

My concerns are....The original Mamba Max that is more powerful then the
sidewinder cannot except 4S because it seems the ESC is a little smarter then
its little brother the sidewinder...I'm hoping the new V2 sidewinder is not
smarter then its older version of itself, I want it to be more powerful then the
original, but still be as stupid as the last..Thanks.

I just installed one, but only on 3s. I do plan on trying 4s, but have none as of now. There are some differences in the setup, not much. I had to call tech cause I had it set up and no motion. There is a glitch in the firmware on which wires go to a brushed motor. You have to use the white wire for negative and red for positive. All is well.

hi....
I got my sidewinder v2 today...and want to do some set up
but, I read the guide, it said only using red and black wire...
and I did this set up for the sidewinder esc before, but for this v2 version, should I use the white and red wire or red and black wire?
I am confusing now....
please help

I'm using the red and white wire, as the black did nothing.
