what cheap radio will give me indepandant rear steer???

like the title says im looking for a radio besides a modded tq3 that will do indepandant rear steer i dont want it to cost $400 iether,also i want one thats easy to setup cuase i know nothing about computer radios and how to set one up so know that you know my questions can you answer it also links to the radio would be good thank guys

for cheap independant 3 channel there is no better option than the tq3, why don't you want that. $65.00 to good of a deal?

the TQ3 is the low-buck king for rear steer. A small microswitch and you're set.

Other than that, any radio that ends with a "3" should work.

The Futaba Skysport4 (2-stick, 4 channel) will also work, is FM (and on ground freqs), and gives you a 4th channel for, say....a winch.

You can get a TQ3 for dirt cheap, open your eyes, look on ebay. Come awn. As for how to set it up... If you can't figure that out, I am going to go over to your house and beat you with a stick. Twice. Honestly, its really straight forward

Or support those fellow RCCrawlers here on the board. You can buy that radio above, and the kit from the crawler store to mod it. Or you can buy one that is already modded for, like I said above $65.

Jeeeeeeeeeeeeeez did i sound like a freakin newbie on that first post ok heres what i should of said i tried the crawler store and it didnt seem like you could order one of there tq3.ok i heard someone say "any 3 channel will work" is that true can i buy any 3 channel and i will give me independant rear steer so now maby you can help me i also have a skysport and dont want a stick radio sorry for that first post

Just any 3 channel may not work the way you want.the 3rd channel needs a 3 way switch and it's best to have end point adjustments on the 3rd channel.all radios don't have this.if it doesn't have the end point adjustment may as well use the tq3 with the modded switch on it.as a note,you can do that mod to any 3ch radio that only has a 2 way switch.i use a jr xr3 and it works good

Bigred, sorry you were having problems with thecrawlerstore.com i'm not sure why there were any difficulties ordering. Those radios are in stock. Did you have a problem with getting a response to email? Did buy it now and paypal have an error? I'm just trying to find out if there is a problem somewhere so i can resolve it before someone else has this issue. Sorry for any inconvenience. You can PM me back about this issue.
