| Reciver help!!
hey guys so I purchased the RC4wd xr4 radio from RPP a few weeks ago, and put it in my truck everything worked great also had the 3racing led light system in it. The other day i was running the truck and it just stopped the red light on the receiver was still on just nothing worked... and when i felt the receiver it was pretty warm/hot. Now nothing works light still comes on but if i take a servo and plug it into one of the channels it glitches for a split second and if you unplug and plug back in still glitches. Also the lights dont turn on anymore either now the question is, do you think i somehow fried it? should i contact rpp and return it? or should i just buy another receiver? any and all help will be appreciated! thanks |

Probably need to send it back to RC4WD, they are great whenever you have a problem with their stuff.

It is an RC4WD part and they will be your best source to get it repaired or replaced. Go to the manufacturer rather than a retailer. I had an issue with a light kit from RC4WD I bought at a LHS in Calgary, Alberta and RC4WD shipped me a new one within a week of my issue. Of course it took 2 more weeks to get to me but that had nothing to do with RC4WD. You will be pleased with their customer service. Pop them an email and I sould not be surprised if you hear from them by tomorrow afternoon.
