have you ever had it working ?
are the crystals the same on the truck and in the controller?

i dont believe you have to program it . it has a crystal . make sure the controller is on , then power the truck up . try moving the antenna around on the truck . also move wires around to see is you can get it to go solid green ..

mine was having same issues , and it happened to be i had a broken wire inside the outer sleeve . maybe just need to move things around a bit to get better signal ..

im not a pro or anything , im just trying to help .

check to make sure the esc is plugged into slot 2 on the reciver an make sure the black wire is farther away from the crystal. there is no programing the ae1 it auto detects. turn on controler makeing sure ur throttle trim is set at zero then turn on speed control. give it a sec or two u should hear some arming beeps then it should b good to go. if it armed correctly u should have a solid green light .if u still haveing problems pm me an i will try to help u more hope this helps.
