Default FXR calibration problems

Trying to calibrate my brand new FXR. Steering servo works fine. Motor and dig servo do not work. Both worked on a previous ESC, motor has been rebuilt by JRH.

The ESC turns on, lights flash, and it lights up the 1,2,3. I hold Mode button for 3 seconds, lights flash, no tones, and LEDs 3,4 light up. Steering servo still works but no motor/dig.

It will not calibrate with my TX. I am running a HH 35t motor, FXR, CC Bec, 3s lipo. Using a JR XR3 radio. I have tried all of the troubleshooting tips that Tekin lists. Any ideas?

The Esc plug is plugged into the throttle position on the RX. The dig servo is plugged into Aux 1. Checked all my endpoints and throttle/brake are set to 100%.

Getting more lights/noises, but it still reverts to LED 4 and 5 flashing.

EDIT: To calibrate it. I turn it on, hold mode for 3 seconds. It flashes, and starts calibrating. LED 6 flashes and I hold full throttle, it then flashes 4,5 then goes to 1,3,6, and then back to 4,5 and stays there.
