Default Losi mrc electronics and a axial motor?????

I just swapped my Losi MRC tranny for a axial one and all my stock mrc electroncs are in a water proof box and it would be pain to have to redo all of it with new electronics. So my question is can i run a axial 27 turn motor with my stock mrc electronics?

Thanks Guys

Ryan

Brands don't really matter, especially with brushed. The only real concern is whether the ESC can handle the 27T motor. Likely it can, but maybe read up on the ESC specs.

Just to kinda put a answer in here I ended up putting a silver can motor in my landrover. Not sure what brand but I'm pretty sure its a 35t and the stock losi mrc electronics. It worked just fine but i only ran it for 3mins and checked the wires and nothing was hot.

Crazy thought, I know, but have you checked Losi's site to see what specs they list for it?
