Default Lipo batterie lasting 20min

Hello
I have a 3s 1350mah batterie that I run on my creeper the creeper has a Novak 55t motor and a rooster crawler esc. For the first runs on the batterie it lasted me an hour or so, now ( 5 charges later) it lasts 20min. Have any of you had this problem or know what's going on?
Thanks

Are you sure that your charger is fully charging the pack? Did you make any changes to your truck setup?

Well, weight will make a difference, but not that much.

Is it possible that your LVC setting has changed??

Well, I would first look into what voltage the ESC is programmed to stop the truck. It is possible that you changed it from 9V (approximately recommend for 3S) to 12V (approximately recommended for 4S). Meaning that your truck would run for a short period of time. Fully charged, that lipo will sit at 12.6V....so, you are only dropping by 0.6V. An easy way to test is to fully charge the lipo, put it in your truck and run it until dead, then put it on the charger and see what the voltage reads.

I have ran 55turn motors and 1350 lipos they last 20-35min normally. You could try balance charging at a slower rate.

How much weight did you add? That will make a diffence... but not a 40min diffence.

how many mah's is your charger putting back in? That will help you determine if you have something else amiss.
