Default servo lock up

has anyone ever ran there crawler and everything work just fine and then the next time you try to run it, the servo lock up on you? i mean lock up. i can grab the metal servo horn with some pliers and try to move it side to side and it won't budge. got any ideas or thoughts

specs:

airtronics servo (dont remember what model cause its covered with plastic dip
tr2 esc
tq3

maybe that will help trouble shoot

well list what your running for gear on your rig... it might help people help you trouble shoot it... i had a low bec ESC and i had a similar problem except that the servo would just die and not do anything...

Disassemble it and check the geartrain. If no problems there your motor fried.

ive had 2 different airtronics servos do this too. a 94161 and a 94357.
it was def. the motors locked up.
tore them apart and everything except the motors moved freely.
no repair except to change the motor or get a new servo.
