Try 3rd channel sub-trim

Hello folks, i`m wondering if the hack ables the control for work with 4 channels, because i need this for my project. Other thing, it is possible to control the 3 channel with back, neutral and foward?
since now grateful!

benoj 09-15-2012 11:52 PM

Yes the hack allows up to 8 channels and they can all be 2 or more positions easily 3 like you are wanting

Good to know! They are fully functional channels... Thanks for the help!
I try to understand the manual, but is difficult... What buttons of the radio i could use for 3 positions in channel 3 and 4? How can i set up this?

Re: GT3B Hack Question and Answer Thread

I'll have 25 more hack kits shipping probably mon, the 24th...I'll start taking orders again sometime next week

Also, pre hacked radios will be on a first come first serve basis. Starting here in a week or two i will post fully hacked ones up on my website. But only 1 possibly 2 per week.

I am horrible with this radio technology, but I'm trying to get my vp dig to work with this radio. What is the easiest way to do so? I also have the programer but no cable for it.

motakitty 09-16-2012 03:43 PM

Im sure if you went to radio shack you could get either cable

I know where I can get the cable. I'm asking how to set up the 3 position dig with this radio.

I'm looking for the steering module from a 3c if anyone has a parts radio laying around. I'm guessing the one from the 3b would be compatible as well. PM me if you think you can help.
Thanks

Re: GT3B Hack Question and Answer Thread

Anyone document key mapping on 6.1fw yet? I just flashed my gt3c and I don't think I could be more confused, it's nothing like my old B.. Heck my scroll wheel is even scrolling backwards.

I just want to setup 4ws, and use d/r switch to toggle between front, rear and both, then use channel 3 to toggle between crab and normal. nothing fancy. Thanks

Re: GT3B Hack Question and Answer Thread

Yeah, I've been through those about 20 times now. I cant get it to do anything with the rear servo, I can adjust the end points and move it around that way, but I can't make it move with the wheel at all let alone choose front/rear/crab/4ws..

Any chance at a key mapping for dummies?:lmao:
