Doubt it, i was talking with flysky about ordering the new radios...they won't start production till the end of the month and they told me, i was "ordering" 100 units, that i most likely won't have them in my hands till around may because production lead times and they'd ship frieght so it take 4+ weeks to get them.

Sadly i don't have 4-4.5k to invest into radios i won't have till may. My price was 37 usd before ship. So they'll probably retail 50ish here in the states.

The GT4 we won't have till like Christmas time as its still conceptual and being designed

Did you follow instructions to the dot?

its very picky about the order you do things, and when its a swim error, its usually because there is a bad connection or the steps weren't followed correctly

Re: GT3B Hack Question and Answer Thread

swim error was fixed by re-soldering connections.

now i am having trouble setting up.

I'm running a 3 ch punk dig switch and it works perfect, I have it set where the ch 3 trim button switches from front dig/ 4wd/ rear dig and holds the setting. And I have the D/R switch set to momentary front dig/4wd/rear dig, that way I have momentary and hold for my dig. Thanks again losikid for offering the kit and support, and thanks to the genius that wrote the program!

what are the steps to set up like this?

No, 2s and 3s both work if vr mod has been done. BUT, the lowest voltage possible is 6.5 volts, so you'll be losing some ma's with the 2s.

Re: GT3B Hack Question and Answer Thread

Alright guys, i have slightly bad news about the wheels...the adapters include that said they work with the gt3b radio, clearly are WAY to big. However, for those whom have ordered or will order i'll be including a small piece of .015" shim (just styrene) which by placing on the flat will make the adapter work..

Also, only 1 set of foam will come with the wheels from now on (pre-orderes will still get two). and offering the other foam for individual sell. The foams actually feel quite nice compared to the stock rubber.

I'll be emailing everyone who have pre-ordered and offer a refund if the shiming idea is unacceptable.

I'm currently trying to contact someone worthy at the factory to see about getting the right adapters made. The Chenglish language really needs to be improved. If i can't figure out anything for the adapter i'll probably discontinue the wheels, i don't like selling products that don't fit good. Funny thing is they include 2 identical adapters, so maybe this is why they don't fit

I ordered this steering wheel when I bought my GT3B:

https://www.r2hobbies.com/images/rcvp3345024/bs/02.jpg

The foam is comfortable, and the adapters that come with this one work fine for the GT3B too. That was one of the first things I wanted to change with this radio since the stock wheel is so cheesy and the rubber isn't that great.

Yea, it looks like it's the same factory. Are the two upper adapters the same size in yours?

Here's the 8 spoke wheel, 18 spoke is the same style just tigheter spaced

I was going to go with some color and cooler styles, but figured i'd stick with plain ol aluminum first and these were the only two options, also abit cheaper. (I ordered directly from the manufacture (i think))
