Default DX3 steering throw problem.

It been awhile since I used the DX3. Everything works fine, except one small problem, the servo throw. It cocks full right turn, but half way at Left turn. I have set 125% for travel adjustment for left and right, steering dual rate at 125% and the sub trim at 0%. Am I missing something? Hope you guys can help me. Thanks.

Does the wheel on the radio rotate the same amount each way?

It servo throw isn't equal on each side. The radio wheel turned full one side, it matches the servo throw. Now, turning the radio wheel the other way and at half way, the servo throw stops at half full throw.

Can you try another servo to rule that out as an issue??

Based on your 1st post, you seem to have covered the radio parts. Is the steering trim at "0" as well??

Yes. I will try again with another servo.

Edit: Tried using three different servos, all with same results. I should point out that I am trying out the M2 Dig for the first time. But I am pretty sure the esc shouldn't effect the servo's behavior.

Are you sure you set the EPA's properly? With the spektrums I've owned (dx3 and dx3c) you need to to turn the wheel in the appropriate direction when setting the value (at least for the left direction) i,e, you have to turn the wheel to the left and hold it, and while holding it, you turn the value up to 125% or what ever you need it set at.

Throttle EPA is set similarly, as you need to pull & hold full throttle to set the throttle EPA.

OK, you have me stumped.

I agree, I doubt the ESC has anything to do with it.

One of my og dx3 did the sam thing. I think it is the pot in the steering controll inside the tx. Worked fine for years then just pooped. Only a fraction of the throw on one side.

Well if his dx3 is indeed broken, I have one for sale with a 3 position toggle mod. Won't calibrate with FXR but it does calibrate with Navak Rooster...
